Khuda - Stratospherics

Khuda are a Leeds two piece that play instrumental math metal, reminds me a bit of Oxes mixed with Pelican. The music lurches between quiet scrapes through to full on heavy riffage, some times abruptly, sometimes via spiraling build ups or near enough jazzy sections. Nice full sound for a two piece and they manage to keep it interesting across the course of the 25 or so minutes of this EP.
This is the debut release of Norrland Records, run by Porterfield of Hitcher fame. Well worth checking out.
